Stabilator Operations LLC
Terms of Use — Aircraft Intelligence
Last updated September 17, 2026.
1. Informational product
Stabilator Aircraft Intelligence provides informational profiles about U.S.-registered aircraft compiled from public and open sources. It is not an official FAA, NTSB, or airworthiness record. It is not a substitute for a pre-buy inspection, title search, or qualified aviation counsel.
2. Observed vs complete history
Flight activity shown is based on detected observations. Coverage gaps, reception limits, and source outages mean the product may under-count or miss flights. Language on the product uses “detected,” “observed,” and “estimated” deliberately.
3. Identity across re-registrations
N-numbers can move between airframes. Stabilator attempts to reconcile physical aircraft identity primarily by serial number and Mode S codes when available. Confidence may be limited; do not treat any single timeline as definitive without independent verification.
4. Accounts & purchases
Magic-link sign-in and Stripe Checkout are required for paid reports. Purchases grant access to the purchased report artifacts for your account subject to these terms. Subscriptions renew until canceled in Stripe’s customer portal or by contacting support.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or automate lookups in ways that degrade service; do not use the product to stalk, harass, or unlawfully track individuals; do not misrepresent Stabilator output as an official government record.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STABILATOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIABILITY FOR PAID REPORTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE REPORT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
