Stabilator

Privacy & LADD request workflow

Operational process for owners and authorized representatives.

  1. Submit a request via the corrections form or email legal@stabilatorops.com with the N-number, what is wrong, and your relationship to the aircraft.
  2. Verify authority — we may request registration evidence or other proof before changing Stabilator-presented fields.
  3. Classify the issue — FAA/NTSB source error (we point you to the agency), Stabilator matching error (we correct our join), or LADD/withholding display (we align to the releasable registry flags).
  4. Apply the change — corrections are append-only where legally significant; we do not delete audit history of purchases or prior report artifacts.
  5. Respond — we aim to acknowledge within 5 business days.

This workflow does not remove public government records. It governs Stabilator’s presentation layer.

Flight activity shown by Stabilator is based on available third-party flight and ADS-B observations and may be incomplete. Observed flight time, flights, routes and utilization should not be treated as official aircraft records, maintenance records, tach/Hobbs time or evidence of airworthiness. Absence of detected operation does not establish absence of operation.
